Away for a week or so.

I guess this is as good as time as any to let you guys know that I will be going under the knife tomorrow (the 9th). I'm having an ovarian cyst removed, and my recovery time is 7-10 days...so expect to not see me online for that period of time. Depending on how I am feeling, I might be on sooner.

As always, listen to the mods, follow the rules, etc...and I will chat with you all in a week or so!

...I might be on a little later. Depends on how I sleep But I'll most probably check in before I have to leave.

Good luck with the operation, Lady O! It must be really hard for you, but I can relate (my mother had her entire uterus and both ovaries removed due to cysts, but at that point, she already had two children and didn't mind much), so I hope you'll be ok.

Please take good care of yourself, get loads of rest and stuff. We will be nice to the mods

Just checking in to let everyone know that the surgery went off without a hitch. They removed the cyst, and nothing more.

I'm in the middle of one of my "pain-free"/"hella drowsy" spells, so I figured this would be the best time to let you all know that I'm doing okay, and can't wait to be back to chat.

Okay! Yay! Thank-you everyone for the well wishes! I'm back..for a little while. My stitches opened up, so I had to go and be re-stitched. NOT FUN. So while I'm not in any real bad pain anymore, I have to take it easy for another week or so to make sure they don't re-open

But as luck would have it, my parents felt sorry for me and decided to give me a Christmas present early and it was a lap-top cart! It's kinda like the table beds that they have in hospitals, where it slides across your lap so you can eat in bed....anyway, it's like that, but smaller and made for a lap-top, hahaha...so now I can lay in bed and type at the same time :amuse:

So I'll be around, posting a little here and there :amuse:

Sowwy I lost control so much but i just want to tell you that we're all doing well here all the mods are great and no melodramas have been caused (well at least from where i know ) However seriously rest up. Any kind of operation is no joke especially the one you went through so relax so you can return here full of energy got it?
